グローバル・リソース・マネジメント（GRM）

　「グローバル･リソース･マネジメント（GRM）」は、本学博士前期課程・後期課程に所属する全大学院生を対象とした大学院共通教育プログラムで、2023年度から「アドバンスト・リベラルアーツ科目群（ALA科目群）」の1コースとして分野・領域横断型教育を実施しています。

　ALA科目群とは大学院生にふさわしい基盤的な能力を専門性とは別の視点から身に付けることができるよう設計された科目の集まりです。ALA科目群には、GRMの他にも「環境」や「AI・データサイエンス」をテーマとするコースがあり、各コースはいずれも小人数クラスによる密接な指導を基本としています。担当教員と様々な学問的背景を持つ大学院生や社会人学生が、議論を重ね切磋琢磨する共修環境はまさにリベラルアーツの原点であるといえます。
　なかでもGRMコースは、自身の専門以外の分野における基礎的な知識だけでなく、自身が困難な状況に遭遇しても思考を巡らせ他者と共に克服するための「知恵」や「大学院レベルの高度なリテラシー」を身に付けることができるプログラムです。

　ぜひGRMコースの履修によって、ひとつの領域にとどまらない知識やスキル、複眼的な視野を身に付け、みなさんのキャリア形成や大学院修了後の進路選択に役立ててください。

 GRM is a part of the Advanced Liberal Arts (ALA) Course Group for all graduate students in  both the Master's and Doctoral programs. The main feature of this program is that graduate students from diverse backgrounds and nationalities are studying together in English.

 The ALA course Group is a collection of courses that provides "cross- disciplinary and cross-field education", aiming to provide basic skills for graduate students from perspectives other than their specialization. The ALA course Group consists of three programs with different themes which include "Environment" and "AI data science." Most classes bur GRM are conducted in Japanese.

 GRM is a program that enables students to acquire basic knowledge beyond their own fields of specialization and "advanced literacy at the graduate level", in addition to the "wisdom" to think and overcome difficulties together with others.

 You can cultivate knowledge, skills, and a multifaceted viewpoint to help you choose a career path or develop a career after completing graduate school.
